I have even submitted a support ticket immediately to StarDock and they have not even bothered to reply. Should I contact my credit card company or should I see if they will answer the telephone?    

How do I make the .dream files work in windows 7 ultimate? I get the following error if I try and use one: The desktop window manager is not running, Deskscape requires the Desktop Window Manager (uxsms) service to be running to function.   How do I start this service?   Thanks, Tek
