I did locate it, it applied my discount and took me to checkout, then when I hit submit, I get the following error:

Pre-Requisite must be purchased first
You must have purchased the pre-requisite product before attempting to purchase ObjectDock Plus v2 Upgrade.

My subscription is still valid, so I met the requirements, I tried again, this time from Impulse, in Impulse, hitting the

submit button does not do anything, it just sits there.

I used 2 different computers and browsers.

ObjectDock Plus is not part of the ObjectDesktop subscription.  Unless you purchased ObjectDock Plus separately you will not be able to get the upgrade price for ObjectDock Plus 2.

I know that I can't get the upgrade price of $9.99, however I am entitled to a $5 discount, making the final price $14.99. That is the part of their website that does not work.

Have you purchased and installed version 1.9 of ObjectDock?  This step is required prior to installing the beta version.  If you haven't then you need to select -

'Buy 1.0x and 2.0 (beta) - New customers'

If I understand you correctly, I am supposed to purchase 1.0 and Beta 2.0 first with my ODNT discount, then, I must purchase the 2.0 upgrade also? If Stardock expects me to pay twice, I'll just buy the Winstep Nexus dock ultimate.

That is not what I am saying.

If you never previously purchased ObjectDock Plus then you need to use the 'Buy 1.0x and 2.0 (beta) - New Customer' link. Doing so will get you the full 1.9 version of ObjectDock Plus and the beta version of ObjectDock 2.0. No other purchase is required.

When the release version of ObjectDock 2.0 is ready you will get it at no extra cost.

Your ObjectDesktop subscription will get you the discounted price.

Ahh, I see, thank you! Stardock really should make that easier to understand.

EDIT: Well, that did not work, the website wants to add $19.99 for the package you told me about (No ODNT discount) and it is adding

another $14.99 for the 2.0 upgrade, this time I get the ODNT discount. They are trying to charge me $34.98 total for that stupid thing.

Their support on weekends it worthless, I am fed up with this mess, I am going to download Nexus dock now, if I like it, I will just buy it.

I emailed them Late Friday evening and heard nothing from them, but I did update my Ticket with this forum thread.

Their support is horrifically slow, No weekend support and no word from them early Tuesday morning.

Perhaps Stardock has gotten too big and simply dont have the time to devote to their customers like they once did?

I went ahead and purchased Nextep Xtreme. I emailed their support with a question and received a reply within the hour. The

owner really seems to care and takes time to answer questions.
